Precautions for Returns
If you wish to return, exchange, or have your size adjusted, please be sure to contact us in advance by e-mail. We will provide you with information on how to return the item and the cost of repair.
To prevent accidents, please use a courier service with proof of delivery. Please place the product in a box or something similar to prevent damage.
Please note that we will not be responsible for any non-delivery, damage, or loss of merchandise. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges if the product is damaged when it arrives at our store.
We will accept returns for customer reasons if you contact us within 8 days of receiving the product. Please be sure to contact us by e-mail in advance. We will provide you with information on how to return the product and how to receive a refund. If you do not contact us in advance, we will not be able to accept your return, so please be sure to contact us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We cannot accept returns in the following cases
If it has been more than 9 days since you received the product.
The product has been used once.
Products with scratches, stains, or damage.
Products made to order or made-to-order.
Merchandise that is on sale.
We will refund the amount after deducting the bank transfer fee within one week after the merchandise is received by our company. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.
